1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the jili aaa website at jili-aaa.org, creating an account, or using any service offered by jili aaa, you unconditionally accept and agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the jili aaa platform from time to time. These documents are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the complete agreement between you and jili aaa.

jili aaa reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification, in compliance with PAGCOR Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may register only one (1) account with jili aaa. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification
• Valid email address
• Date of birth
• Mobile number registered in the Philippines
• Preferred payment method details (e.g., GCash number, PayMaya account, BPI or BDO account)

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jili aaa login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. jili aaa will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify jili aaa support immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

jili aaa accepts deposits via Philippine-based payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other approved channels. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP).

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. jili aaa aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 15–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

jili aaa reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, in compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. You may be required to submit government-issued identification and proof of payment method ownership before a withdrawal is processed.

• Funds deposited into your jili aaa account may only be used for gaming purposes on the platform.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your account balance.
• jili aaa does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined if your account has not completed identity verification or if there are pending bonus wagering requirements.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jili aaa offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and expiry periods. These specific terms are published alongside each individual promotion and form part of these Terms.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the jili aaa platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game-specific rules expressly state otherwise.

jili aaa uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the same fairness standards. All game outcomes are final once confirmed by the platform system. In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, jili aaa reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account balance.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jili aaa platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such exploitation must be reported to support immediately
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates Philippine law or PAGCOR regulations
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or jili aaa staff
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the jili aaa platform

jili aaa reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be in violation of this section, and to withhold or forfeit any funds in such accounts pending investigation, in accordance with applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR guidelines.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the jili aaa platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, game assets, text, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of jili aaa or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the jili aaa platform without prior written consent from jili aaa.

9. Privacy & Data

jili aaa collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). 10. Limitation of Liability

jili aaa's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jili aaa account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The jili aaa platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

11. Termination

You may close your jili aaa account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (net of pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to identity verification.

jili aaa reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by PAGCOR or any other competent regulatory authority. In such cases, jili aaa may withhold funds pending investigation.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to any rights you may have under PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures.

jili aaa operates in compliance with PAGCOR regulations. Players are encouraged to familiarise themselves with their rights under Philippine gaming law.

13. Amendments

jili aaa reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
